Did you know? Out of the most common recyclable materials that clutter up our landfills - glass, paper, metals, cardboard, plastics aluminum is the only material that's endlessly recyclable, 100% recyclable?

Here are some other interesting facts we bet you don't know about aluminum recycling:

  • Just one case per student, per month would be $3,335!
  • Since 1972, Americans have earned almost $8.9 billion by recycling aluminum cans.
  • It takes about 400 years for aluminum to break down naturally.
  • Once an aluminum can is recycled it's back on the grocery shelf as another aluminum can in 60 days.
  • The thickness of each aluminum can side is equal to a human hair.
  • Every three months, Americans discard enough aluminum to completely rebuild every single commercial airplane in America.
  • The energy you save by recycling a single aluminum can will run a TV for three hours.

Yes, we will also take aluminum foil and pie tins.

Please rinse before dropping off. Thank you.
